Here We Go!

After nearly a year of waiting, tomorrow marks the start of the build proper.

It’s been a big day today: the final planning condition has been signed off (the Ecological Design Strategy was the last bit); the rough grading of the site has finished and both the piling and groundworks teams have been in touch.

Tomorrow, the surveyor is setting out the house and piling positions and the piling team arrives.

Both scared and excited in equal measures.
