Spot The Difference*

Because we have decided to tweak a few things, we are having to resubmit plans to the council. Paul, our architect, says this is not a big issue and should be passed easily but there is always that element of doubt.

The changes alter the thermal assessment of the building so a new calculation is needed and the structural plans need checking for building regs. I’m so glad I have people who know what they’re doing because this is gobbledygook to me!

So, now it’s time for spot the difference on our plans! There are no prizes but you might get an invite when it’s done if you’re cheeky enough! Good luck!
